ভিসা আবেদন করেছিলাম বাই রোডে দিলো এয়ার রোডে তাই আবারো বাংলাদেশে ভারতের দূতাবাসে আবারো আবেদন করলাম যে বাই রোডে যেতা চাই ।  প্রথমত আপনাকে ইন্ডিয়ান হাই কমিশন বাংলাদেশ যে ইমেল সেখানে গিয়ে তাদের হট লাইন নাম্বার কল করতে হবে বলতে হবে যে আমি বাই রোডে যেতে চাই কি করে আবেদন করবো ? 

সেখেনে একজন থাকবেন যিনি বিস্তারিত আপনাকে বলে দিবেন যে কোন জায়গায় ইমেল করতে হবে। উক্ত ইমেল নাম্বের সুন্দর করে আই মিন ভাল করে লিখে রাখতে হবে । এর পর আপনার অসুবিধা, কেন আপনি রোডে যাবেন কি কারনে বাই এয়ারে যেতে পারছেন না সে সব বিস্তারিত লিখতে হবে । আপনার ইমেলে। সাথে নিজের এবং অন্য কেউ যদি আপনার সাথে এটেন্ডেন্ট থাকে তাদের পাসপোর্ট মেয়াদ , ভিসা নাম্বার সব কিছু ভালো করে উল্লেখ করে আবেদন  করতে হবে । যেমন টা আমার ছিল ।

তাছাড়া  আপনি যে ভিসা কেন্দ্রে আবেদন করেছেন সেই ভিসা কেন্দ্র বরাবরা ইমেল করতে হবে। 

প্রথমত আপনাকে https://www.ivacbd.com/ উক্ত ঠিকানায় প্রবেশ করতে হবে । 

এরপর সেখানে যে যোগাযোগের নাম্বার দেওয়া আছে সেখানে যেতে হবে ।

তারপর সেখানে সাহায্য করার জন্য যে কেউ     একজন ফোন রিসিভ করে কথা বলবে । আপনার যা কিছু বলার পর উক্ত ইন্ডিয়া অফিসার তথ্য আপনাকে বলে দিবে কি করতে হবে । 

 আপনাকে বলবে ঢাকা হলে ঢাকার হাই কমিশনের বা সিলেটের বা রাজশাহীর ইমেইল নাম্বার দিবে ইমেল করার জন্য । বিশেষ করে বাই রোড পরিবর্তনের জন্য । বাই এয়ার রোডে ভিসা দেওয়া থাকলে বাই রোড বেনাপোল হরিদাসপুর আবেদন করার জন্য । 

এরপর যে ইমেল আপনাকে দিবে সে ইমেইল ঠিকানায় ;  নিজের অসুবিধার কথা অর্থনেইতিক টানা পুড়েনের কথা উক্ত ইমেল এ তুলে ধরতে হবে ।  ইমেলে আপনার নিজের পাসপোর্টের মেয়াদ, ইস্যু তারিখ ভিসার নাম্বার সাথে আপনার এটেন্ডেন্ট যে রয়েছে তারো একি ভাবে পাসপোর্ট ভিসার তারিখ ইস্যু তারিখ মেয়াদ সব কিছু ভালো করে ইমেলের আবেদন চিঠিটে লিখতে হবে । এর পর এটাচড করে দিতে হবে সকল ফাইল।

ইমেইল উত্তর আসলে পর ইমেইল হার্ড কপি সাথে এটাচড ফাইল গুলো প্রিন্ট করে নিয়ে যেতে হবে । আবেদনের সময় অবশ্যয় নিজের ভিসা নাম্বার কতদিনের আছে মেয়াদ সাথে নিজের এটেন্ডেন্ট এর সব ভিসা নাম্বার কত দিনের ভিসার মেয়াদ আছে সব কিছু দিতে হবে আবেদন পত্রে  ইমেলে লিখে ।

উক্ত ফরমেটে ০২ পেরাগ্রাফ  বর্নিত লাইনে এসে আপনাকে পিঙ্ক রঙ্গে রাঙ্গানো লাইনে সিলেক্ট করলেই পেয়ে যাবেন  আপনার কাংখিত ফর্ম
